- You have the right to cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will send you a confirmation SMS to validate your unsubscribe status.
- After receiving the confirmation, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from Browns pro movers.
- If you wish to rejoin the program, you can sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending appointment reminder and confirmation texts to you.
